  1. RGHS Rogers (2003) says that the change agent goes through a 5-stage innovation-decision process: The Innovator/plays gatekeeper role in new ideas of system. The Early adopter/puts his/her stamp of approval on idea. The Early majority/follows with deliberate willingness in adopting innovations but seldom leads. The Late majority/adopts new ideas just after the average member of a system finds it okay. The Laggards/must be certain that new idea will not fail before they can adopt.
