My Opinion On The Medici's

1. My Opinion On The Medici's Life in the Renaissance was very different compared it life now. It was very cheap until the Medici’s came and changed our world. One of the members from the Medici family who is named Cosimo actually spent a lot of money for the city by building churches, and great libraries. This made the people in the village think that he was smart and a good man. The Medici’s appreciated arts during that time and they had sponsorship of the art and architect. The Medici’s were very powerful. They were the most powerful family during the Renaissance because they found the Medici bank (Banking family). The Medici’s power had stretched all the way to Rome and they also developed politics. They were bad too but they had to do these : Clawed their way to the top. By this I mean that the people who stood in their way either got humiliated or just died. But that doesn’t make them a bad person. My conclusion is that I think that the Medici’s were very good because of all of the good things they had done to the cities. Without them our world probably wouldn’t be the way it is now.
