Dress Quickly! You MUST allow yourself 15-20 minutes to warm up. This is MANDATORY! Especially on a chilly March afternoon, your body MUST be warmed up to race better and avoid injuries!
UNIFORMS!! • No jewelry. None! Nada. Zero. Leave it at home the day of meets! Do NOT give jewelry to the coaches– we do NOT want to be responsible! • Watches are the ONLY exception • You MUST wear black shorts and matching tanks for relays! • They WILL let us know if warm up pants or sweatshirts are allowed during races.

Field Events Competitors: You will be spread out ALL OVER White Stadium. If you are competing in multiple events, please LISTEN for your check in calls. Try to get all 3 throws/jumps in before you have to compete in races. (you may have to ASK the official if this can be done!)
Bengals Track: We are CLASSY! Be positive role models & competitors! • Wish other athletes “good luck!” (they will need it to beat you, and it generates good will!) • Shake hands or congratulate others after races/events are over
Sportsmanlike Conduct = REQUIRED MIAA Handbook Rules of Interest! 49.8 Fighting and unsportsmanlike conduct penalties will be within the authority of the official at all times at the contest site. The official’s authority extends to pre and post game oversight. (continued on next slide…….)
