Institutionalizing MfDR in Sri Lanka • The Ministry of Plan Implementation (MPI) has commenced a number of initiatives to institutionalize "MfDR" within government • Established a core group • Selected few Ministries • Developed Agency Results Framework (ARF) • Introduced a score card for each Ministry • Including KPI in to the Budget Estimates in 2010
