Smart Grid QA and Performance Measurements Analyst Performance Metrics Data Collection and Analysis QA Metrics Data Analysis and reporting Data identification, collection, management and rollup Information analysis, review, reporting and trend identification • Collect and manage data on SG Benefits performance data on: • Smart Grid Benefits validation • Regulatory metrics • Stimulus objectives • Duke corporate objectives • Validate accuracy and timeliness of all data • Confirm data as originating from the best available sources • Work with outside organizations in order to bring in new possible data sources and process metrics for SG • Conduct process reviews in order to identify possible new metrics and data that might provide additional SG business intelligence • Perform correlation and exception analysis, providing confirmation of progress • Perform statistical analysis of data reported in order to assign reliability and accuracy scores to data tracked for SG • Identify and analyze potential new metrics sources in order to extend and improve SG metrics reporting. • Present QA metrics results to SG management.
