  4. Seafood – There are plenty of seafood that contains great level of biotin such as salmon and sardines. They are also good for our health as they contain omega-3, low-fat and great amount of protein. They are also very tasty items those you can include in your diet.

  5. Beverages –You should use lot of beverages such as coffee, red wine, white wine, beer, black tea

They also contain lot of calcium, potassium and other vital nutrients those are not available in too many food items. They don’t create any sort of problems and you can eat them daily.
