  4. Fire Protection Plan • Format a Plan • Updated Annually • Fire Safety Log • Training of Staff • Testing of All Fire Protection Equipment • Fire Safety Goals

  5. Planning for a Response The Governing Body shall develop and Implement an Emergency Management Plan. The Plan Shall Include an Annual Exercise to Ensure the Staff and Management Can Perform the Required Tasks. Part of the Plan Must include, Notifying the Fire Department of the Type and Location of the Emergency.

  6. Training of Management and Staff All Staff and Management (Includes Volunteers and Interns) Shall Receive Periodic Training in: • Fire Protection Plan • Emergency Evacuation Plan • Salvage Plan • Fire Protection and Detection Systems, Including Fire Extinguishers.

  7. Fire Prevention • Decorations • Fire Spread Control • Housekeeping • Smoking • Hot Work Permits • Open Flames • Chimneys • Electrical Hazards
