  15. Siemens Transformatorenwerk and Waste water treatment plant of Stadtentwässerung in Dresden Two excursions took place on May 8, 2010. Around 15 IMRE students of year 2008 and 2009 went on a cloudy morning to Dresden. They visited Siemens Power Transformer plant which produces 200 transformers every year and exports mainly to middle-east countries. The second visit same day was to Stadtenwässerung Dresden GmbH which is responsible for the collection and treatment of the waste water in the city of Dresden.
