  4. How can I find outmore about a book? • Read the summary on the book jacket. • Do a title search on LibraryNet and read the summary. • See your librarian to learn how to use NoveList on KYVL.

  5. Tips for selecting the right book • Is the print readable? • Do you like the illustrations? • Is it the right length for you? • Do you know most of the words? • Does the first page or two make you want to read more?
