  2. 2 data capture/storage/dissemination systems Fish tickets and Compliance monitor reporting • What’s in common? • Current apps are Microsoft Access based • .NET web services receive data and pushes out update notifications • Host server in Portland – MS SQL database • What’s different? • Fish ticket company admins maintain users as needed • PSMFC controls hardware/software for CMs

E-Fish tickets PSMFC gets dealer name/contact & creates fish buyer (aka Organization) Organizations need 1 administrator/contact Organizations can have many users Admins manage their users New users get auto-generated e-mail to set up password Users download/install app Runtime Access 2007 is available for free App runs on single or networked computers Users enter/submit data IFQ landings must be submitted within 24 hours of landing
