Project Objectives and Scope Establish modular framework for the components of a model participant agreement that includes sections to support common terms and conditions including California-specific law, a schedule of services supported, et al. At a minimum, the terms and conditions delivered in Release 1 will support the exchange of summary-of-care records for transitions of care and referrals as called for by MU. Effectively use a "parking lot" to capture out of scope considerations and other knowledge uncovered by the work group's processes including recommendations for Cal OHII’s Privacy Steering Team. Others to be determined by Task Group.
