Submit a request for event support for active duty, guard, reserve, and their families through Military OneSource. Access the JFRC form on the website and provide the necessary information about the event and support types needed.

Finding the JFRC Form • Access MOSOL at www.militaryonesource.com • Scroll to the bottom of the page Click Service Providers
Completing the JFRC Scheduler Command/Unit Information (1) Enter the Dates for which Resources are needed. Use the calendar box to enter the date, do not fill it out by hand. (2a) Enter the name of the Primary point of contact for the event. (2b) Enter the official address of the command/unit.
(3) Click the appropriate Branch and Status of the unit. *Note: Active duty is only for non Guard and Reserve units) (4) Enter physical address where materials may be sent. (5) Provide information regarding the unit’s deployment status. If the unit is non-deployable, enter N/A in the two areas regarding length of deployments.

(6) Select all support types being requested Hyperlink for description of MOS support options only If you need materials and NO representative, select this. For self orderable materials, go to service providers link on Military OneSource.
Event Information- (8) Click the drop down to pick the best description of the event. (7) This number should include children, family, and Service members. (9) Input the physical address of the event. (10) Please specify the days and times each representative, MOS, MFLC, and PFC, will be needed if the dates and times entered above is not the same for all. (11) If you are submitting the request for someone else, put your information here. (12) In detail, describe the event.

Following Completion of the JFRC Request • Contact & processing: • Confirmation form was successfully submitted • Submitting multiple requests • Request processed by OSD/Office of Counseling • Notification of authorized level of support • Approved- Contacted by MOS Liaison • Disapproved- Contacted by OSD • Virtual support options
Tips for Requesting Support • Use the resources wisely and demonstrate this intent • Briefings more effective than info table only • Allow sufficient time for briefing and/or table • Opt for virtual support when feasible • Put your request in early, no later than 30 days prior • Note - If event date or location changes, the support available may also change • Respond to requests for additional information no later than 7 days prior • Hold joint events to increase number of attendees • Identify special circumstances
