Objectives • Define the roles and responsibilities of team members on a video game design team. • Describe the effects of group dynamics and the importance of team building for a video game design team. • Discuss methods of communication and scheduling for video game design teams. • Explain the relationship between development schedule and budget constraints in video game design.
