  3. Enabling Job work These options will automatically get enabled • Gateway of Tally>F11 Features>Allow Job Order Processing to Yes. Enablethis option

  4. Master Configuration (Voucher Types) • Gateway of Tally> Accounts Info>Voucher Types>Alter>select Voucher Type Enable the option to transfer the raw materials to job worker Enable “Use for Job Work” to receive the finished goods from Job Worker “Use For Job Work In” is the option for Job Workers who receive Raw materials Enable Allow Consumption option to consume raw materials proportionate to finished goods received

  5. Master Configuration (Stock Item) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory Info>Stock Items>Create Create a list of BoM’s Enable BoM Specify the components and scrap details

  6. Master Configuration (Godown) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory Info>Godown>Create Enable this option to track the stocks which are in Job Worker godown

  7. Select the BoM to fill the components automatically Job Work Vouchers • Gateway of Tally>Order vouchers>Alt + J Select the Job Worker in the Party field Mention the Duration of Process and Nature of Processing to be done in supplementary details Enable this option to track components that are used to manufacture finished product Select the finished product which has to be processed by the Job Worker Specify the quantities to be processed by Job worker Based on component type defined in BoM, Track will be captured. Pending Issue=Components Pending Receive= Scrap \ By-Products \ Co-Products

  8. Job Work Vouchers (Purchase of Raw Materials) • Gateway of Tally>Accounting Vouchers>F9 Pass a Purchase voucher to procure raw materials

Select the Job worker godown as goods are being sent for Job Work Job Work Vouchers (Material Out) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory Vouchers>Ctrl + J Select the Job Worker ledger from the list On tracking the order only the components will get selected which are to be issued to Job Worker Track the order

Enable relevant option based on the nature of item Job Work Vouchers (Material In) Select the godown from which the processed goods are being received • Gateway of Tally>Inventory vouchers>Ctrl + W Select Job Worker ledger from whom the finished goods are being received Option will be by default enabled, to consume the raw materials in Job worker godown On tracking the order, primary finished item as well as the scrap will be brought in to the voucher Mention the value for the scrap received Track the same order to complete the cycle

  11. Job Work Reports(Stock Summary) • Gateway of Tally>Stock Summary.

  12. Job Work Reports (Material Movement Register) • Gateway of Tally>Display> Job Work Out Reports>Job Work Register On enabling Excise for Manufacturer the same report can be used as Annexure IV Use arrow keys to navigate front or back in Tally

  21. Job Work Reports (Receipt Variance) • Gateway of Tally>Display> Job Work Out Reports>Job Work Analysis>Receipt Variance Displays the difference between order Quantities and Material In quantities (Finished Goods received from Job Worker).

Create a Manufacturing Journal under Stock Journal Master Configuration (Voucher Types) Enable these options to use voucher type for receiving raw materials from Principal company Enable these options to use voucher type for transferring finished goods to Principal company • Gateway of Tally> Accounts Info>Voucher Types>Alter>select Voucher Type Enable this option to use the voucher as Manufacturing Journal

  24. Master Configuration (Godown) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory Info>Godown>Create Enable this option to track the stocks of Principal company which is with Job Worker

  25. Select the BoM from which the components has to be filled Job Work Vouchers (Job Work In Order) Mention the Duration of Process and Nature of Processing to be done using the raw materials • Gateway of Tally>Order vouchers>Alt + W Select the party ledger from whom the raw materials are being received Select the finished good for which the order has been received Enable the option to Track Components that are used to manufacture finished goods Specify the Quantity that needs to be manufactured Based on the component type defined in BoM the Track will be captured

  26. Select Not Applicable for godown as there is no source godown for the goods received Job Work Vouchers (Material In) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory vouchers>Ctrl + W Track the Job Order In Select the party ledger from whom the goods are being received Only Raw Materials will be brought in to the voucher on tracking the order

  27. Job Work Vouchers (Manufacturing Journal) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory vouchers> Alt + F7 Select the BoM from the list to capture the components automatically Select the finished good to be produced

  28. Job Work Vouchers (Material Out) • Gateway of Tally>Inventory vouchers> Ctrl + J Select the Principal company ledger Track the order to complete the cycle

  29. Job Work Reports(Stock Summary) • Gateway of Tally>Stock Summary. Stock Summary in case of Job Worker is blank, as the inventory is allocated to Principal company godown.
