Local Bodies Seeking Community Representation Linkage Groups Linkage Groups bring together all PPN groups who have a relevant interest or remit in a particular issue, regardless of which Municipal District or Pillar they belong to. Louth PPN Workplan 2017 • Goal 1: Facilitate Participation and Representation • Increase membership of PPN registered groups and target areas that are underrepresented. • PPN Meeting Schedule : • Secretariat (Min 6 per year) • Municipal District Meetings (2 per year) • Plenary Meetings (Min 2 per year) • PPN Reps Meeting (2 Per year) • - Hold Plenary and Elections for 5 PPN Secretariat Reps, and one PPN Rep to Louth Local Sports Partnership. • - Set up Linkage Groups - Possible Thematic Linkage Groups • Youth, Older people, Community safety, Environment, Social Inclusion
