  1. Self-Care Treatment for Piles Piles ( Mulvyadh / Bavasir ), clinically known as Hemorrhoids, is the swelling of the blood vessels near the anal opening. An increased pressure on these blood vessels due to any reason, causes them to enlarge and swell, thus forming lumps which are occasionally felt at the anal opening. By adding a variety of fruit, nuts, wholegrains, pulses, and vegetables into your shopping trolley, you will keep your digestive system functioning well. 4-Avoid fast food & alcohol: - Avoid fast foods and alcohol as this can upset the digestive systems. So if consumed regularly they can lead to poor digestion and constipation. Hemorrhoids can disappear on their own in some cases, however if proper care is taken and follow the steps to aid recovery.
