  3. Due Day of Slides • Mail the slides to T.A. • Before 7 days before your presentation • No update is permitted unless the modification is requested by T.A. • One day later, 10% lower grade Hung-Chi Fang

  4. Presentation Style • Presenter • Multiple presenters is O.K. • Time • 25 minutes for presentation • 5 minutes for question Hung-Chi Fang

  5. Structure of Slides • Title • Including presenter, group members, group number • Outline • Introduction • … • … • Conclusion & discussion • Reference Hung-Chi Fang

  6. Grade • Content • 50% • Idea, approach, etc. • Presentation • 50% • Smoothness, color, clarity, structure, etc. • Time • -5% per minute when presentation time > 25 minutes • -2% per minute when presentation time < 25 minutes Hung-Chi Fang

  7. Some Suggestions • Font size • 44 pt for title • >24 pt for content • Put emphasize on your own idea • What’s your idea/observation • A figure is worth a thousand words • Try to use figures to deliver your ideas Hung-Chi Fang
