  6. CEO’s Report Board Meeting of Hearts to Heads Ltd5 June 2016 Summary: “Defamation Matter” against the CEO has been resolved. The “Help People Feel Good” program is concluding. Fund raising campaign for “Graffiti as Art” project has been less than successful. Award increases for staff will be paid from 1 August. Lease on the office expires on 30 September 2016. Auditors are in next month.

  7. Treasurer’s Report Board Meeting of Hearts to Heads Ltd5 June 2016 Summary: Selection of replacement accounting provider: “Accounting for Good”. Commence July 1. There will be a surplus on the “Help People Feel Good” program Report on premises we could buy following lease expiry. Report on options for better use of the $2m in our cheque account. Report on workplace observation of the CEO over past 6 weeks Preparing for the audit
