  5. What does support need from me? • Error messages: Take a screen shot of the message(s) & email to support. • Brief description of what was being done at the time of the issue. • Version date of the software you are using. Located at the bottom of the taskbar

  6. Report Issues: Take a screen shot of the report options that you are using to run the report include with your email. This helps when reviewing the report.

  7. How to get VMS Connect to Me • Go to our new website: www.verticalmarketsoftware.com

  8. Select the button by the Support Rep you are working with & Click Finish.
