Goals and Strategies • Encourage more trips by bicycle in each community • Make bicycling and bicycle accommodations a part of “Standard Operating Procedure” • Improve evaluation and prioritization of bicycle project proposals • Assist and encourage local initiatives • Work with state agencies to simplify and coordinate funding programs • Increase regional knowledge about bicycling
