Usually after 3 bath runs, the cows settle down, walk slowly and splashing is then minimized. Usage & Safety
After the appropriate number of cows have walked through, or when the bath becomes discolored, discard the hoof bath and replace with a fresh solution. • Discard in accordance with local laws. • For additional safety and disposal information, see MSDS. Use and Disposal
To remove stains (on stainless steel, concrete, and latex), use0.5% Sodium Hypochlorite (1 part household bleach plus 9 parts water). • For other surfaces such as ceramic, use a 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution. Cleaning
You can clearly see if a cow has walked through the bath with all 4 hooves. • If an animal has a hoof issue, they may try to walk on the side of the bath, avoiding dipping the hoof into the solution. • Other commonly used products have no indicator whether or not the animal walked through the bath properly. • You can’t miss T-HEXX Dragonhyde HBC!
