What worked best for our team during this Learning Session # 1 was : • being able to ask questions, hearing what has worked for others, hearing other people's ideas • I think that the breakouts were excellent - many are not comfortable speaking to the whole group and this allows some interaction • What information do you want to see in future sessions? • how to include patients and families - they are part of the team and often missed • More implementation examples • more tools to get front line to participate • Success examples with specifics; methods for engaging team members from multiple disciplines • What can we improve upon for future sessions? • Have concurrent sessions for French and English and the ability to choose one or the other for the group • More engagement from the audience • The three hour stretch is far too long for one session, maybe we could break it up a little bit • Additional suggestions or comments our team has • Are all the sessions bilingual? Great start! • This was my first WebEx session and I thought it went really well, good directions. Enjoyed the information.

What worked best for our team during this Learning Session #2 was : • breakout groups • practicing the different strategies • The new methods discussed and how we could engage staff when no one wants to join!! • The TRIZ exercise • What information do you want to see in future sessions? • How to facilitate projects without leading them • tools, discussion re timelines for the work • More success stories • What can we improve upon for future sessions? • more group discussions • some of the teaching was done too quickly and slides were missed... maybe less on the agenda so we can dive in a little deeper to the topics • Wish we didn't have to skip content. Is there any chance we could get slides ahead of sessions. Contacts for others involved • Additional suggestions or comments our team has: • a broad overview of the 18 month project would be helpful form our perspective. today made things a bit clearer but still foggy! • ways to improve Physician compliance
