  13. 2-fold attack against the devil. • First of all we must understand we are on the winning side. There is no need to fear in this battle.1 John 3:8 The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. Jesus defeated Satan and his forces on the cross of Calvary. We just got to exercise our faith and claim the victory that Jesus already won on the cross. The devil and his forces cannot defeat you but we have the power to defeat every forces of evil that is acting against us (you).

  14. How can we bind the strongman? The key is in Revelation 12:7-11 See the outcome of this warfare. Revelation 12:11 “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.”

  15. Weapon used in the Heavenly Warfare. 1. The blood of the Lamb.2. Word of their testimony. The Blood Gives Protection- Exodus 11:13 The Blood Gives Healing - Isaiah 53:5 The Blood Gives Deliverance - Hebrews 2:14-15 When we think about testimony we think about our lives; the way we lead our lives and how God has helped us live successful Christian lives

  16. Strategies for Prayer • Have a personal “PRAYER TRIGGER” • Use the church bulletin or calendar • as a prayer guide. • Develop a “Focus on the Family” • prayer strategy. • Follow the “ACTS Model”. • Do “drive by” praying.

  17. Strategies for Prayer • Send an email prayer to someone • each day. • Use a picture and pray over it. • Use the News to direct your praying. • Take time during the day to stop • and pray. • Make prayer import
