COMPONENT 1: COMMUNICATION • Internet communication: Informing and sensitization of the public having access to the internet • Website: Provided required information • Provided Information for newsletter - rejected (deadline missed – information required not available on time) • Media communication: Press Release on organization of 5th S.C. Meeting in Larnaca (no further publications – mouth to mouth approach was adopted – direct and substantial results achieved) • Media communication: invitation to 5th S.C. Meeting, invitation to Press Conference • Translation of all communication occurred with LP and other partners

  3. COMPONENT 2: MANAGEMENT Administration, management and coordination Financial Monitoring Elaboration of 3rd Progress Report Elaboration of Report on Activities, translation (sent to L.P.) Participation in Individual Consultation Meeting with L.P. and Loc-Em in Serres, Greece (organization of meeting in cooperation with LP and Loc-Em) Organization of 5th S.C. Meeting in Larnaca

COMPONENT 5: INDIVIDUALISED TUTORING • 26 Expressions of Interest Received (19 eligible) • Individual meetings with potential beneficiaries • Assistance to potential beneficiaries for filling-in the form for expression of interest • Set up of Evaluation Committee - Evaluation of Applications – Preliminary Approval of 19 applicants – Final Approval of 18 Applicants • 20/01/2011, Report on Evaluation of Applications – send to LP • Meeting with Preliminarily Approved Applicants – 24th February 2011 at premises of ANETEL • Application of “Welcoming Policy” method: Individual Consultation, step by step through the process of providing support and filling in the required documents (project’s tool-box) • 4 Beneficiaries already established their enterprises
