Hovedmål for Rusken: Rusken skal utvikle, koordinere og gjennomføre aksjoner slik : At Oslo fremstår som et rent, ryddig og trivelig bymiljø At byens befolkning utvikler positive holdninger til miljøriktig atferd Skape forståelsen av at et godt bymiljø er en felles oppgave for hele bysamfunnet

  5. Ruskens filosofi og strategi • Er et samarbeid mellom kommunen, næringsliv, organisasjoner og den enkelte innbygger. • Basert i hovedsak på dugnad og frivillig innsats. • Tilrettelegge for ryddeaksjoner etter bl.a. innspill fra innbyggerne • Vektlegging av det sosiale
