  7. Daft and the Leadership Unit • Goals: • Basic overview of the study of Leadership • Give you a leadership lens/framework • Apply these concepts to every day life

  8. Important Points in Daft • Leadership is studied a lot but not well understood • Leadership involves influence, creating change, and a common vision. It is multidirectional and non-coercive • Leadership can be found at all levels of society, in almost any human interaction

  9. Discussion • Brainstorm at least 25 leaders/types of leadership happening at Trinity
