  2. ProdSys2 Validation and Stress-Testing (Preliminary) • Step 0. Revisit schedule on June 13 (Fri) and finalize Step 1 plan • Step 1 Jun 16 - Jun 30 : ProdSys2 validation by Production Managers(PM) • 1a. 1 week initial test. MC and Group Production • start pre-production operations • tasks submission by PM • problems will be reported in JIRA and followed by experts and SW developers • Rethink schedule at the end of the week • 1b. Results validation • 1c. Reprocessing : vertical scale test • 1c. Run large scale MC test • If success : switch to production project (mcYY_nnTeV) • JEDI for users • Deliverables by end of June • Commission MC production, group and reprocessing chains • Jobs and Tasks monitoring • Tasks handling Web UI : change priority, reassign task, abort/finish task • Finalize July plans • Step 2. July 1 – July 15. Run ProdSys2 in production mode • Run all commissioned workflows in ProdSys2 • ADC experts will provide the first line expertise • Shifters follow ProdSys2 tasks progress • Step 3. wrap up. Finalize ProdSys2 commissioning plan and ProdSys1 phase out date ALL DATES ARE NOT FINAL Alexei Klimentov
