  2. I work at Al Ahly Bank Hospital as a radiologist. • which is one of the Hospitals in the chain of the Comprehensive Health Organization.

  3. The hospital performs all kinds of investigations such as: * Ultra Sound * C.T * Normal X-Ray

  4. We keep documents of our investigations as references for our patients for future use. • The documents are kept in the Accountancy department, the head of the department’s office as well as a copy for the patient’s family.

  5. The hospital receives emergency cases beside the chronicle treatment cases. • Hope in the future that we could apply the HIS in all our hospitals.
