Step 3: Setting Goals • Stay Realistic • What do I need to accomplish this goal? • Incorporate into your staff development plan
Step 4: Preparing a Budget • Budget Generously, but realistically • Account for all aspects of Technology • Don’t forget to include everything included in your plan!
