Performance Improvement Goal • Goal: Decrease time between initial contact and assessment for Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient clients. Change #1: Increase number of available assessment appointment times and send no phone screens to voice mail Decreased time between phone screen and assessment from 6.76 to 5.62 days Increased number of assessments from 23 to 45 Increased admission to IOP 6 SAAS
Change #2: Walk-in appointments between 8 and 10 a.m. and 1 and 3 p.m. for all clients within catchment area (1 to 1.5 hr. drive to Portland) Decreased time between phone screen from catchment area and assessment from 4 to 2 days Increased number of assessments from catchment area from 4 to 18 Increased admissions to both IOP and OP by 3 SAAS
