Based on the Cisco case, what kind of expatriate challenges faced by global companies when they want to build a strategic overseas subsidies? What and how did the CRDC top management team handle them? • 2. How did top managers treat in CRDC the cultural differences in the teams and in the whole unit? • 3. How did the management team manage the local talent and employees to strengthen the operation of CRDC? Do you think the practices are applicable in different country? • 4. Based on the CRDC case, what personal characteristics are critical for working as a expatriate managers?
