Why was alexander the great considered a leader? • Alexander the Great was considered a great leader because he took over the largest empire as a king at a young age and greatly expanded that empire. • He was considered the greatest military genius of all time. He was one of the greatest leaders of all time because he ruled with an iron fist and he was amazing at putting together military strategies.
Who were the followers of alexander the great? • The Romans and the Macedonian’s were the main ones to follow Alexander the Great. • Also soldiers followed him since he was the greatest military leader antiquity.
What characteristics separate alexander the great from others? • He was a great leader who improved trade, road systems, plumbing and public sanitation and protection of the roman people. • He kept a high set of moral standards, and put the empire into a phenomenal state until his death in the early 2nd century. • He was king of Macedonia and leader of an alliance of the Greek City States.
