TOOLS • Used bow-arrows • Girls used tools in games • Learned to use tolls from tribe members
Transportation • stole horses • walked short ways • rode long ways • lived by them selves
Homes • Navajo lived in hogan • The door always faced east • Made of mud, logs stones
BELIEFS • The sun dance believed to bring sun • Sand painting very important • Kachina doll brings rain to crops
ART • Used blue ziorn just like in clothes • Learned art from Pueblo Indians • Earned millions of dollars because of art
Navajo Today • Today Navajo still stand strong and proud • Have same ceremonies • Live on Navajo Reservation
