Custom Reports Webinar • Custom Reports available on version 7.5 and higher • Better understanding of the options for creating custom reports • We will have a few short surveys throughout this webinar and will give you the results • Vote on the next webinar topic
Custom Reports – General Info • You can create and save your own reports • You can share reports with other users of the same plant • User Guide for Custom Reports is available on the Help Site: http://help.ultrivalms.com • Ultriva Expression Evaluator Cheat Sheet is available on the Help Site • All reports that require a date range have a 92 day maximum
Custom Reports – Kanban Dataset • Active Cards • Details about cards currently active in the system • Use this to retrieve information for the current card state and the last date/time the card was moved • Cross Tab History • Card Details with information on previous completed cycles (Current cycle not included) • Use this report to retrieve information similar to the Card History Excel Report
Custom Reports – Kanban Dataset • History • All of the card history details • Very time consuming so run during off peak hours • Use this detailed report to retrieve information for all card actions (Released, Reschedule,Recalled, Ship, etc.) performed in the date range • Action Audit • Will be information on Scanning History – WIP for Future • Use this report to retrieve information for Scan Audits or basic scanning details
Custom Reports – Kanban Dataset • Operation History • OEE Information – currently only 1 customer is using • Use this report to retrieve the Operation History – when the job was started and completed • Cycle History • Similar to the Cross Tab History Report, this contains more information related to each specific card cycle • Use this report to retrieve cycle information – PO Information, Lead Time, Transit Time, Price, etc.
