Approximate Time Line for RSVP ESHQ • Year 1 • Write QA Plan, Preliminary Hazards Analysis, Safety Plan • Perform initial ESH design reviews • QA: procurement/specification reviews, action tracking • Years 2 and 3 • Write USIs, update C-AD SAD and obtain approved ASE • Install monitoring wells • Obtain baseline radiological measurements • Write Process Evaluations • Complete ESH reviews • QA: configuration and records management, procurement/specification reviews, action tracking • Year 4 • Test access controls system • Update procedures • Perform JRAs and FRAs • QA: configuration and records management, EMS and OSH assessments, action tracking • Write commissioning plan • Perform ARR
