Make a Tessellation • Supplies: 1 business card, scissors, tape • Make a jagged or curvy cut along one side of the card. • Tape the portion you cut off to the opposite side. • Repeat steps for remaining straight side.
Make a Tessellation • Place your “basic design element” somewhere on a blank sheet of paper. • Trace the shape. • Slide the shape. It should fit perfectly and interlock with the previous shape. Trace next shape. • Repeat process until ENTIRE page is covered. • Color the tessellation. Be creative.
