  4. Cheating can be a good thing!? Cheating-out: When an actor turns or “cheats” toward an audience so their acting can be projected 1. Allows us to see your face (eyes and mouth) 2. Shows respect for your audience Think: How does this idea relate to everyday interactions? A: “Be available” to people you are speaking / listening to. Comedy Throughout the Ages – Fall 2011

  5. Stage Twister Directions: 1. In groups, everyone choose a number between 1 and 5 2. Persons 1 and 2 will play while person 3 will be a “Caller” and draw combinations from the packet. Persons 4 and 5 will be an audience and serve as “Referee”. 3. When someone puts their foot in the wrong place or fails to “cheat-out”, they will become an audience member. The winner will play the “Caller” and an audience member will become the new caller. Drama I – Harmon – Lake Zurich H.S.
