How does La Crosse Promise help? • Scholarship attracts education focused families that recognize the benefit of a post-secondary education • Scholarship improves neighborhood housing infrastructure as recipients rebuild their neighborhoods through “Build Schloarships” • Promise of up to $50,000 scholarship per family (max. 25k per child) for post-secondary education reimbursement if you build in these neighborhoods • Rebuilding promotes redevelopment in neighborhoods
