The European Law Students’ Association Stage 2: Study Visit General Agreement • DECISION BOOK: • 6.4 case If the Study Visit agreement is not concluded and dispute arises: • 6.4.1 Financial damage incurred during the visit – deposit and insurance: • a. The organising group may request a deposit from the visiting group(s) which will not be fully refunded in the event of: • Withdrawal of the visit if the organising group already has a proven financial loss. The organising group shall determine the latest date to cancel the visit without forfeiting the deposit. • Damage incurred during the visit, for example financial loss incurred as a result of material damage or the use of a telephone. • The deposit and its use shall be agreed by the participating parties in advance. • b. The European Law Students’ Association Stage 3: Visiting / Hosting • Aim for the mutual understanding and sharing cultural experiencesand are combined with an academic programme providing exchange of legal knowledge! • REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 5 participants • Minimum of 3 hours of academic programme • - There should be agreement in written including the parties involved, the dates of the visit, and the responsibilities of the parties.
