General Assembly (National Responsible) National Organizations (Countries) Universities (Local Riding Clubs) STRUCTURE OF THE AIEC Board (7 Members) • The AIEC Board manages all AIEC operations and events. Board members are elected by the General Assembly for 2-year terms. • The General Assembly (GA) consists of representatives from each member-country, who elect the board members and vote on all major decisions. GA meets at least once a year. • The national student riding associations are the actual members of AIEC, and give AIEC its federal character. They regroup and represent the various local riding clubs or universities, and nominate the participants to represent their country at international events. There is one national association per country. • The members of the local student riding clubs and universities regroup under the umbrella of their national association.
WHAT IS DONE IN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY? A Analyze, vote and decide which countries will be organisers of a competition I Involve all the country members E Evaluate, listen and find solutions to general and particular problems C Collaborate with the organising countries (OC) to generate competitions

PLAN FOR THE COMPETITION COMPETITION ACTIVITIES and FUN Show jumping, dressage, team and individual scores… Welcome party, cultural activities, other sports, gala dinner and ball.
EACH COMPETITION INVOLVES 2 MODALITIES: Show jumping: A total of 4 rounds in which the best of every three riders gets trough to the next round, increasing height and difficulty. Absolute fair judging system competing against people with the same horses. Each of the two final round riders make a 1.30 m to 1.40 m course with each of the two horses. Dressage: 4 rounds and same judging system. First round is a team test, in which individual and team scores are given. The final consists on a St Georges Prix and a Free Style.
