7. What if the 300,000 in Portland had the heart, vision, and know how to reach the 1.3 Million?

9. However, Not all of the 300,000 who attend church have the heart, vision, and know how to reach four people. Likewise not all the churches are working together to accomplish this mission.
10. According to George Barna, 85% of the churches in the United States are not effective in helping people to mature in Christ.
11. God has raised up a networking & partnering ministry called Mission Portland to assist the 500 agencies and 1200 local churches in mobilizing the 300,000
12. The Mission Portland team is made up of pastors and ministry leaders located in strategic regions of the city to serve the local churches in accomplishing this task.
