  3. What is a Microsquirt? • Electronic Fuel Injection Controller • Compact • Less Driving Current • Suitable for Motorcycles or other small vehicles • Programmable by End User

Board Layout Layout Specifications • Two layer board • Two separate ground planes to reduce noise • Analog (High power 7.5A max) • Digital (Sensors , Serial) • 1st version parts on 1 side • Standard 20 mil trace • 100 mil for MOSFET drain to source • 9 mil on microcontroller • Total board side 6.3x4”

  8. Future Project Goals • Main Goal: • Custom board controls one function on the Harley • Sub Goals: • Build and test breakout board • Detailed flow chart of Microsquirt code • Modify Microsquirt code for Harley • Resolve any circuit or layout issues with custom board
