Financial Tips for summer /fall registration Tuition payment is due at the time of registration. If payment is expected from financial aid please be sure that the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is completed for Summer (2005-2006) and Fall (2006-2007) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Apply for student loans by completing a Federal Stafford Loan Request Form for Summer (2005-2006) and Fall (2006-2007) available at www.stu.edu/basic. SUMMER ADD/DROP Last day to withdraw with 100% refund for summer terms: A3, S1 & S3 - May 24th S6 - July 6 Students who withdraw after the 8th day of the term are responsible for 100% of the cost of tuition and will incur an additional $10 add/drop fee for each course dropped. Students may also add courses after the add/drop period with the approval of the instructor. Students will incur an additional $10 add/drop fee for adding courses after the add/drop period. Requirements/Reminders Required documents and signatures • Meet with your academic advisor to select courses. • Undergraduate students registering for more than 6 credits per summer session must receive approval from the Undergraduate Dean (Ken-209A). • Graduate students registering for more than 9 credits require approval from the Graduate Dean (OMH- Dean of Graduate Studies). • International students must receive approval from Student Affairs before registering.
