  6. Kickoff & Agency Fair • Joint celebration for both Eglin and HF @ Hurlburt Soundside Club • Sept 25, 0930-1230hrs • Geared for you! • Over 40 local charities will be there to educate us on their role in the community

  10. Victory Celebration! Base Commanders, Group Commanders and Leadership. Joint Eglin/Hurlburt Event Recognizes: Base Project Officers, Loaned Executives, Unit Project Officers, Board Members & Sponsors Held at Armament Museum November 29th, 0800hrs

  11. Key worker role Flight Level Collect pledge cards from personnel in your flight Turn in key worker envelope each week to squadron coordinator Fill out appreciation gift sheet

  12. How do I ask people to donate? One on One Group Be yourself. Remember why you are asking for help – it’s all about helping others! Share your story. (ex: I have a niece who’s autistic –I’ve decided to donate to Autism Speaks, Inc.)

Fundraising During CFC96 TW • All fundraisers must be approved in advance through 96 FSS/FSR • Packages must be complete • Request Form • Type of Fundraiser, POC’s • Required coordination: • Commissary, Bowling Center, Public Health, Building Custodian etc • Allow at least 10 business days for routing and approval • Suggestions: Bowling Tournaments, Bake Sales, Burger Burns, Pizza Sales, Silent Auctions, • Prohibitions: Games of chance: Raffles, Poker Tournaments • 96 FSS Contact: Laura Johnson, 883-2527

Coordinator’s Role Squadron Level Will collect all key worker envelopes Review pledge cards to ensure match numbers on envelope Transfer key worker envelope information to coordinator envelope Collect all appreciation sheets & forward to unit project officers FORWARD CFC EMAILS, INVITES AND ALL RELATED CORRESONDENCE TO YOUR KEY WORKERS

  17. Unit Project Officer’s Role Group Level Will collect all coordinator envelopes from each squadron Review pledge cards to ensure match numbers on envelopes Transfer coordinator envelope information to project officer envelope Bring all appreciation gift sheets each week

Unit Project Officer’s Role Group Level • Visit your Group CC/CV informing of campaign & • proposed goals • ATTEND Weekly Turn-Ins: • EGLIN – FRIDAYS • HURLBURT - THURSDAYS • Keep Base Project Officers informed! • Not all inclusive – please help where needed • PASS DOWN INFORMATION FROM BASE PROJECT OFFICERS – CFC events, awards, turn in times, etc.

  20. I’m ready to collect pledge cards, now what do I do? Choose a day each week of the campaign to walk around and collect pledge cards Leave cash and check between copy 1 and copy 2 of each pledge card Divide your pledge cards into these categories: Mil Payroll Mil Cash Mil Check CivPayroll Civ Cash Civ Check Fill out Appreciation Giver Sheet Fill out Key Worker Envelope
