The AITSL Pilot • Never Heard of AITSL of the NPS • Told by my site leader that I WOULD BE Participating in it (No Ifs, No Buts, No Choice!) • Reluctant to do it as I was trying to set up a brand new program at school
What It IS All About… • Reassurance of my Teaching Ability • Helped bridge the gap of going from student to teacher • Explained all the bits and pieces that Uni and Prac Teaching didn’t and filled in the gaps of things I had forgotten or missed • Gave me better direction and focus on my teaching practice and where I could aim to be
