  1. 0.18μM製程Laker LVS & DRC 步驟修正與偵錯 班級： ________________ 姓名： ________________ 學號： ________________ 授課老師：張培華 老師

  2. 虛擬0.18製程 – invter畫法 請同學注意，前一份講義的尺寸跟實際上課所指定的不同(W並非1u，老師指定的為0.6u)，另外畫法可參考右圖就可以，以免在執行DRC或LVS時會有錯誤。 當繪圖結束後，先輸入pin腳文字時，輸入完按OK，之後再點已經寫好的文字，再按下Q，選擇M1_text(見下頁)

  3. 按下Q後會出現這個視窗，請Layer name的地方點下，並選擇M1_TEXT。

  4. 虛擬0.18製程 – 存檔後請注意 當各位繪圖結束並存檔後，請點回laker主程式，點選File→Export→Stream out，避免驗證檔案找不到的錯誤。

  5. 1.在Library Name找 自己的Library。 2.在Top Cell Name找inv(你所畫的圖)。 3.在Output File輸入inv.db。 4.點OK。

  6. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker DRC 1.Layout完成後點Verify 2.選擇Calibre 3.選擇Run DRC

  7. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker DRC 開啟後會出現兩個視窗， 留下圖中視窗，關閉另ㄧ個 把.Calibre刪除 3.改好後選擇Rules

  8. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker DRC 點下去選擇rules檔

  9. 虛擬0.18製程 - laker 以cad24帳號為例，開啟後會看 到這些資料夾，找到cic018後 點下去，找到Calibre後點下去， 找到Calibre_DRC，進入後點 Rule.drc。 1. 3. 2. 4.

  10. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker DRC 點下去選擇你要存放的位置 完成後選擇Run DRC

  11. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker LVS 1.Layout完成後點Verify 2.選擇Calibre 3.選擇Run DRC

  12. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker LVS 先點Netlist 在Files：的地方點下….(接下頁) 注意Top Cell名稱是否為inv

  13. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker LVS 找到第一次上課所畫的inv.sp檔案，沒有的話就無法跑LVS

  14. 虛擬0.18製程 – laker LVS 1.點Layout 2.把.Calibre刪除 3.改好後選擇Rules

  18. 出現笑臉就代表驗證成功沒有錯誤

  19. 要登出時，先把所以工作視窗存檔後關閉，然後按桌面左上（下）角的System，點選Log Out 你的帳號… 然後會出現一個視窗 直接按Log Out就好了
