SCHUYLKILL RIVER RESTORATION FUND Program Creation ▪ Relationship between Delaware River Basin Commission and Exelon Corp. established in 2005 with Docket No. D-69-210 CP ▪ Schuylkill River Heritage Area brought in for grant administration and project management ▪ Program designed to “to undertake implementation projects that will improve the quality and quantity of water in the Schuylkill River and its tributaries. The goal of the Schuylkill River Restoration Program is to fund projects in the Schuylkill River Basin that are consistent with restoration and water management goals for the Schuylkill River.” ▪ First contribution of $158,000 made by Exelon in January of 2006
