  5. To-do-list • Groupinterviews with the spokespersons of the NGO • The prognosis of population • Workshops with key person of every field

  6. Mood and theactivityinthepopulation • Nice atmosphere • Beautiful gardens, appartment cooperations are active • People are calm and not up-tight like in the citys • Lots of NGOs • No citizens at municipality council meeting

  12. Progress of practice • Meetings: April 26th, May 26, June 1st • Work at practice place: June 7-11, July 5-8 • Help from PEAK: instructions and frame of interviews • Organisational problems: lack of clear directions and no certain action plan

  13. Description of administration • Pleasant attitude, helpfulness • At the beginning active communication, afterwards everyone was in a hurry- things got stuck

  14. Strategical problems • Schools- uniting/closing/changing function • Kindergartens- lack of places • Underutilization of tourism potential- bad situation of small ports, lack of accomodation • Transport- timetabel, routes • Problems with services
