Logins etc. • hcat @hcat.org is general login • Most people only need this to see, upload, download • Unique logins are also used • Project leads and people needing to upload a lot or view restricted files • e.g. leads for each of the projects on the page • However, we have only 50 names available • can be expanded at expanded cost • handling unique logins for everyone is a nightmare
New workspace web site - after login Click to bring up project Click for all unread files (you can mark all as read)
Documents view Search Click here for document view Click to edit properties or delete Check out for multiple authors on working doc Expand folder Download doc View doc in browser Upload new version Add doc
List view - to find docs without dredging through folders Click here to display by: name, author, date loaded, unread
Add in data Check to mark all as read Check to delete or move Add, delete, change folders as needed Add doc: Find on your drive Hit save
Add document with various options Choose doc Add comments Check off people to share with Notify by e-mail with inserted notes Don’t forget to Save!
Modify document properties Tell your team you put this up Make rude comments Link to other bits of data Change any properties (including who can see it)
