What is Convio CMS? • Formerly GetActive’s Web Site Management module • Six years old, previously used in corporate environments • Currently 150+ deployed websites • Highly configurable, database-driven application organizes and structures your content • Mid Level, ASP delivered • Integrated tightly with CRM engagement tools • Editing tools automate the process of creating and publishing content • 1 to 100 staff add content • Administrative tools, like search and version control, make it easy to maintain websites of any scale • Sites range from 100 pages to 40,000 pages
Who Uses Convio CMS? • End-users view the website online • Non-technical staff can create web pages using a browser, no matter where they are • Designers leverage modular page structure and templates to globally control the look-and-feel of web pages • Managers enforce business rules by adjusting the website architecture and settings • Send URL previews of content to other staff so that they can participate in the review process
